Logging In to superaceapp
Your superaceapp account is your gateway to every section of the platform. Whether you are in Manila catching a PBA game, in Cebu playing live baccarat during lunch break, or anywhere else in the Philippines, logging in from your phone or desktop takes just a few seconds.
You have two ways to log in: with your registered username or email and password, or with OTP verification sent to your linked Philippine mobile number. Both methods are equally secure — the OTP option is particularly useful if you are logging in from a new device or you prefer not to type a password on mobile.
Keeping Your Account Secure
superaceapp uses SSL encryption on all login sessions, and your password is never stored or transmitted in a readable form. Still, there are things you can do on your side to keep your account secure:
- Use a password that is unique to superaceapp — avoid reusing passwords from other sites or apps.
- Never share your OTP with anyone. OTP codes are single-use and expire within minutes. The superaceapp support team will never ask you for your OTP.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- If you receive a security alert about an unrecognised login, contact support at [email protected] immediately.
Access on Any Device
superaceapp works on mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and through the dedicated app. Your account credentials and PHP balance stay consistent regardless of which device you use — there is no separate mobile account or desktop account, just one superaceapp login that works everywhere.
For the best experience on your phone, visit the App page to find out how to get the optimised mobile version of superaceapp for Android or iOS devices.
What to Do If You Cannot Log In
Most login issues have straightforward causes — a mistyped password, a mobile number that is no longer active, or a temporary connection problem. Here are the most common steps to try:
- Wrong password — try the OTP login method using your registered mobile number to get back into your account.
- OTP not received — check that your mobile number is within signal range and that your inbox is not full. Wait a minute before requesting another OTP.
- Account suspended or restricted — if your account has been restricted, the reason will be communicated via your registered email or support contact. Reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
- Forgotten username — use your registered email address as the login identifier, or contact support with your registered mobile number for account lookup.
